1st Place Booking Form and Conditions of Use
A £60 deposit, and signed conditions of hire are required before keys will be provided. Keys should be returned immediately after the event to the bookings clerk. The deposit will be returned after the hire provided there is no need for repairs/replacements etc. Contact bookings on:

Rates
Hire of the hall for community users is usually £20.00/hr, with a discounted flat rate of £60 for a half day. Overnight hire is also possible – please contact us to discuss your requirements. We would also welcome enquires about longer term hire for groups or classes – please contact us directly to discuss availability and terms.
Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions are within the booking form. For the purposes of hiring, the landlord of 1st Place is 1st Winchester Scout Group, Executive Committee.
